Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate!

Its no secret that flying can wreak havoc on your hydration levels, but according to the Aerospace of Medical Assocation, you should be drinking eight ounces of water every hour your in the air to prevent hydration. My personal favorite is Evian water but honestly any type of clean filtered water works, Continous bathroom breaks may be tedious but they will get your body moving, which is essential for maintaining healthy circulation and fatigue fighting oxygen levels to keep your body feeling and looking refreshed when you land.

Rehydration Tablets

Speaking of hydration, if your taking a long haul flight you might want to consider rehydration tablets.  In my most recent travel I tried Uppy and found it to be a great pick me up towards the end of a long flight. You simply mix one tablet in with a large glass of water, this helps you stay hydrated for a prolonged period of time, definitely a must try!

Give yourself an In- flight Facial

Apply a leave on mask such as the Sephora Watermelon mask  which will help the skin renew itself while you sleep or my personal fave the Skyn hydra Cool firming Eye Gels. Ten minutes with these eye helps transform and revive those jet- lagged eyes after a long flight!

Invest in some Sleep- Friendly Accessories!

Cozy clothing and a proper pillow are just the basics! I’m a fan of blocking noise and light as best as possible, I woeuld suggest wearing some noise blocking headphones if the aircraft your flying in does not provide it I would recommend to go out and buy some. A silk eye mask is key for blocking out any unwanted light so you can sleep  undisturbed and soundly on your flight!
